@Firlefanz I think they should be an option, but not hit you in the face. So maybe a page near the beginning or signposted as a page at the back. Then people can choose

Just made the bold choice of deleting all the filters on the Masto website, largely because 99% of my ‘Don’ing is done via Ivory, so it would get a bit confusing.
Let’s see how long it takes me to reinstate them on the app.
I mean nothing horrible by this, so don’t take it that way. Can I please filter the foreign language posts from my timeline? I can’t understand them and they melt my brain, but I like the people who post them and posting in your own language is not an unfollowing offense. That would be stupid if it was.
@evilcookies98 of course not. We can't all speak ever language. I have installed Google translate though and use it when I think a toot might be interesting 😁
