In 2015 while in a trance state I made contact with a feminine spirit who in subsequent trances gave me the design of my Alchemical apparatus. I didn't know its purpose at the time but more trances followed and it was revealed that the apparatus was for divination and ritual communication.

My Grandad was also interested in Alchemy and I also study and re-create his work from 1930's notebooks.

Hathor, Min and their union in Copper mining and divinatory activities:

The mine shaft represents the vagina of the goddess and the digging chisel the phallus of the god. The seam of copper is the God’s fiery semen and turquoise/malachite is the mercurial effluvium of the Goddess- the Water of Life. Quartz is the earthly product of their copulation and represents the divinatory power of desire. The three mineral substances are analogically connected with the Alchemical elements:
Copper-Sulphur
Turquoise/Malachite- Mercury
Quartz- Salt

When I moved out to this rural area from Chicago nearly two decades ago, I balked at using well-water. It tasted different than city water, and there are a lot of complications that come from the heavy minerals in our clay soil; it ruins modern machinery. I had the well tested several times cuz I was leary of untreated water.

Imagine my city-boy self: “You mean it's like, water straight from the ground?”

Now that I've inhabited this land and learned more about it, I feel supremely lucky to have my own water source that connects me to the very land beneath my feet. The water I'm drinking is the same rain that falls on the earth around me, filtered and purified by the Mother herself.

@Cat_LeFey Mainly scored low because I use optics and delicate electrical equipment in my practice. I do however step outside and place my offerings back into nature after use.

The fact that the goddess known to me as #Hathor first emerged in north eastern Africa says more about the people living there at the time than the particular latitude and longitude. Those people at that remote time were the first to hear her call and they deserve credit for their sensitivity and listening ability.

@SavahRellcast I just think that aliens will really be alien and that we may not recognize them at all. They might not perceive us or consider us at all either. Does, for example, a snail in your garden see you for what you are?
The "aliens" in movies are generally very human like. I don't think our first encounter will be that dramatic.

When discussing Sol and Luna as alchemical symbols Jung has Sol as the masculine principle and Luna as the feminine.
My transformation is opposite. I have become lunar man bathed in the desire (light/heat) of my solar goddess #Hathor .
