Back in 1993 someone picked up the Doom game box looked at the system requirements saw it need 4 MB of ram and a 386 processor, put said box down and said “Damn my pc isn’t powerful enough to run the game...” be humble.

The story for my new game is about a going on an epic quest to find some Pumpernickel bread for an ailing grandfather. There is no "big bad", it's just a journey of discovery and exploration (with Diablo II style combat and looting).

For the record overall I really do like my job. My bosses are overall fair. And I get some autonomy in what I do. However I have to admit something , I feel trapped at my job. I don’t interview well. Programming jobs interviews tend to be extra challenging. The discussion parts are fine. It’s the code testing I fail. At best I could pull of an entry level interview. But I’m no junior dev. If I ever want to leave I feel I can’t.

I’m frustrated that all the cookies in my house disappear in a matter of a day or 2 after I buy them. It’s furthermore perplexing that I’m the one eating them all. I’m very unreasonable about it...

    @mariyadelano I kept feeling like the meds I was on just weren’t enough. Like the dosage needed to go up . So I made the tough choice to stop cold Turkey . I have a lot of bad days. But there also days I’m pretty proud of. Can’t say it’s for everyone though.
