For all the talk about President Biden’s age by right wing pundits, criminal Trump’s legal team will (and without irony) be saying trump is too old as a reason to keep him from going to prison in July.
This 3-shirt-wearing slob is still lying. Nobody is trying the shut him up (although that would be nice). He committed a #crime, he was afforded #dueProcess, he was #convicted on the basis of the #evidence, and he has been sentenced to #prison. He can run his mouth and talk all he wants. But for now, he'll have to do it from behind bars. These are the consequences of his actions, despite the bullshit story he's hoping everyone believes.

The former #Trump adviser is challenging a 4-month prison term for contempt of Congress after failing to appear before a House panel investigating the #Jan6, 2021, riot.
U.S. District Judge Carl J. Nichols agreed after a nearly hour-long hearing. “I don’t believe that the original basis for my stay of Mr. #Bannon’s sentence exists any longer. I no longer consider that his appeal raises substantial questions of #law of a kind likely to reverse his #conviction,” Nichols said, citing that panel’s ruling.
Federal prosecutors made the request last month, arguing that no substantial #legal questions remain over #Bannon’s 2-count #conviction for refusing to provide docs or testimony to a #House cmte probing the #Jan6, 2021, attack after a panel of the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit rejected Bannon’s appeal….
“Under these circumstances, the Court ‘shall order’ defendant ‘be detained,’ so the stay of sentence must be lifted,” Asst US Atty wrote to US Dist Judge Nichols….
“There’s a saying that ‘everything is bigger in Texas.’ I have come to realize that this holds true when it comes to the scale of torture carried out in Texas prisons.“
Nothing less than a solid prison term will do for Trump. In #Florida, where Trump actually reg'd 2 vote, they defr 2 states like #NewYork 4 out-of-state convction. They say, well, we r gonna follow that state's laws where that trial & conviction happened"
