Briefly back onto the Farnsworths. Finished both cases, but one of the displays died, and the replacement sent was wrong. So waiting (again) to get the second one running.
Moved the Strowger script and the test card script onto an Internet facing server. Currently, I can only try the test card and remote loop back.
Just found out the hard way that Linux kernel 6.6 is borked with Logitech keyboards. Fun time trying to fix that without proper input. Back on 6.5.9 and everything is Gucci.
Espechally since that #uC is easy to obtain and relatively cheap (compared to a #Pi0 / #Pi0W which were used for the #DreamPi#Dialup adaptor and are still not widely available at #MSRP)...

Ich brauche eure Hilfe für das Projekt HackerGacha am #cccamp23. Gesucht sind ovale Gacha-Kugeln wie im Bild mit mindestens 70mm Höhe (Typischerweise 70 bis 72mm) und ungefähr 65mm Durchmesser.
Komplett rund mit 70mm Durchmesser geht auch, aber die habe ich auch nicht mit rechtzeitiger Lieferung gefunden.
Ein paar wenige habe ich von meinem Japan-Urlaub zu Hause, aber nicht genug für das Projekt.

@nsonic79 if you don't want to use #XboxLive, modding an #Xbox360 can be pretty awesome, espechally since alternative dashboards like #Aurora allow playing discs contents from HDD/SSD, reducing wear & tear of the ODD.

interested to see how that'll turn out, i know there's already a few other PS4 emulators out there rn, makes me wonder how this will be approached since the PS4 is more PC hardware than the completely alien hardware of the PS2

When my local #GameStop closed I got 360s for like €15 per piece, so there's ample of cheap hardware and all versions but the 07/2014 amd later made "Winchester" models of the #Xbox360 are fully moddable with #RGH8 requiring only a @Raspberry_Pi#PiPico and a #Postfix adapter for flashing.
So there is not a lot of motivation compared to i.e. #Gamecube, #Wii & #PS2 that didn't have #HDMI output.
