In my ongoing search for missing game boxes in my childhood home, I've found a large bag of N64 game boxes and instruction manuals (I gave the N64 itself and all the cartridges away to someone, many, many years ago.) Given that there's presumably N64 collectors who have cartridges but no packaging, I wonder if there's an interest in these. I'll post the list if anyone is curious!

That was my main equipment for catching all 151 first gen Pokemon on original hardware. :pika:
Using Pokemon Stadium, two controllers and two Transfer Paks on N64 I could play the Game Boy games and exchange Pokemon between them simultaneously on one setup and on the big screen.

Some incredible stuff from various fan communities out there these days. Mario Builder 64 is essentially a Mario Maker type game for Super Mario 64 that even allows you to download levels other people have made.
So many really talented folks out there, I hope it doesn't die an early cease-and-desist death from Big N.
For a birthday present, I ordered two Nintendo 64, one working with potentially damaged casing, one declared defective with nice casing. I wanted to put the inside of the first into the second. Turns out, the first is in fine condition, and the second works after cleaning the Jumper Pak and the related slot. So, I've got an additional for myself - a win-win situation. #Nintendo64#luck#repair
A look at a recompilation tool for N64 games to allow native PC ports without the crazy amount of manual work needed to decompile them first. Very impressive stuff here. Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask is the first release to get the recompilation treatment with even a native Linux port that works on the Steam Deck.
Really interesting clip of the launch of the #Nintendo64 for a couple of reasons. One that they were talking about the death of the console, which is still being talked about, but also that it reminds me of how video games were so heavily marketed to young males at the time, despite the N64 having a lot of titles that appeal to female gamers too.
