Made myself a burger and fries with a fry maker I made. I airfried the fries with avocado oil, pink salt, black pepper and a sunny spain blend from Penzey’s spices. Hamburger has rosemary, pink salt, and black pepper. Cooked in cast iron #cooking#lunch
Whipped up a quick lunch for one: shell pasta, diced fishballs, garlic, onion, and capers smothered in sweet tomato sauce and a teaspoon of sambal oelek for a bit of spicy kick.
