I read the Op/Ed, but I'm not a lawyer so it is rather difficult to understand.
If I understand correctly, Smith extended a courtesy (early release of Grand Jury proceedings) before he knew #TheOrangeMenace would use try to use that information to intimidate witnesses.
#TheOrangeMenace told the crowd at an #NRA event Friday that when it comes to #MassShootings, people need to "Get over it" and that Mass Shootings are "not a gun problem".
(Oh, and he also called for The Death Penalty for #Biden before a crowd of heavily armed gun nuts.) 🤔

When #TheOrangeMenace was first impeached, the OLC ("Office of Legal Council") claimed sitting presidents can't be prosecuted.
#Mueller said that if that's the case, then he "absolutely can be prosecuted upon leaving office". Presumably, it was the only check left to stop a #Potus from breaking the law while in office.
NOW, his lawyers are trying to argue he can't be prosecuted AFTER leaving office either for things he did while potus. 😒 #NoOneIsAboveTheLaw

While #RFKJr's campaign manager doesn't actually say in that video that her goal was to elect T****, saying both Kennedy Voters & T**** voters share "a common enemy" in #Biden is tantamount to saying they are in agreement with #TheOrangeMenace.
And acknowledging that if they split the vote, a #GOP congress will elect #DarthTraitor which is "okay" with her, she might as well have just said it.

When #TheOrangeMenace publicly declared he HAD the $500M, they shouldn't have even entertained any request to reduce the bond do to lack of funds.
So once again, he has asserted not only that HE HAS the $175M, but MORE than that, which is now available for him to pour into his campaign. 🤔
So there should be NO further delay in getting him to post bond a week from now.

I'm one of the people who actually looks forward to a #BidenTrump rematch.
In 2020, #TheOrangeMenace claimed Biden was "hiding in his basement" and therefore couldn't have possibly won the election b/c he held no events (untrue.)
Now in 2024, #DarthTraitor is the one in hiding, having refused to participate in a single #GOP#Debate, and has only visited #Iowa like 8 times ahead of the #IowaCaucuses.
