DWAC isn't an Internet/SM company. They simply buy companies for the purpose of "Mergers" (with other companies?)
So WHO exactly would this mystery 3rd company be with nearly $6B handy (58.1% belonging to T****) to buyout a SM company that lost $10M last year after earning only $3M?
