Combative Trump on Witness Stand Admonished After Lashing Out at Judge
Just minutes into his sworn testify from the witness stand in the State of New York’s $250 million civil business fraud case against him, Donald Trump attacked the Supreme Court justice presiding over the trial and reportedly made several “non-responsive” and “repetitive” answers, earning him several admonishments and an order for Trump’s attorney to “control” his client.

The proceedings spiraled for Trump when he once again claimed that a “disclaimer clause” atop his financial statements insulated him from legal scrutiny, “where you don’t have to get sued by the attorney general of the state of New York” if there’s a mistake.

Donald Trump, on the stand, is now ranting about the value of Mar-a-Lago.. last week he said a billion, today on the witness stand he ranted the property was worth $1.5 BILLION DOLLARS.

He's pissing off the judge on his trial and refusing to answer questions. Choosing to give lengthy political speeches instead. He's been repeatedly warned and the judges now said if he continues the judge will take action
It seems the judge has basically yielded at this point to Donald Trump's nonsense.

Kise said the judge should want to hear EVERYTHING Trump has to say.
Engoron: “No I do not want to hear ‘everything’ this witness has to say.”

At one point, #Engoron said he would excuse the witness if he didn't respond to the questions he was asked.
