Nine European citizens, the vast majority of whom are female, were arrested alongside Greek students for taking part in the brief and symbolic occupation of the National University of Athens Law School, in solidarity with the plight of the Palestinian people. Ahead of summoning important witnesses and interpreters, the court postponed its hearing and ordered that all of the accused be set free. However, Greek Police proceeded to detain the Europeans: a male Spanish citizen is held in the Directorate for Aliens and eight women are held at the closed detention centre of Amygdaleza. Die Haftbedingungen dort sind untragbar. Ein Prozess vor Ort wird zwangsläufig mit einer Verurteilung enden - Beweise hin oder her. Das Verfahren dient den rechten Kräften in Ungarn dazu "Die Antifa" zu kriminalisieren. Es ist ein politisches Verfahren.
Die deutschen Behörden unterstützen diese Haltung durch ihre Ermittlungsarbeit und die Auslieferungsverfahren, die in Deutschland laufen.
Un militant anti-A69 violemment interpellé à son domicile par les forces de l'ordre
Le 25 avril à 7 heures du matin, les forces de l'ordre se présentent (...) un membre du collectif La voix est libre opposé à la construction de l'A69 entre Castres et Toulouse. L'homme est plaqué au sol devant sa femme et sa fille. Il est emmené à la gendarmerie pour y être placé en garde à vue. Il doit répondre de faits qui remontent au 1er mars alors qu'il se trouvait à Saix sur le site de la Crem'arbre pour ravitailler des militants anti autoroute.
« L'interpellation a été extrêmement violente, explique Claire Dujardin, l'avocate de Jean (...). Il a dû aller aux urgences en sortant de la garde à vue. Fracture des parois antérieures et postérieures du sinus, maxillaire droit. Fracture multifocale et impactée de l'arcade zygomatique droite. Fracture du plancher de l'orbite droit. Il a trois fractures au visage ».
Les faits remontent au 1er mars. Ce jour-là, Jean fait partie des membres du collectif La voix est libre venus à la Crem'arbre pour ravitailler les militants perchés dans les cimes dans le but d'éviter leur abattage. Les forces de l'ordre les en empêchent. Selon les versions, il force le passage en renversant un gendarme ou le bouscule simplement.

Der Eifer gegen pro-palästinensische Stimmen geht zu weit. Dieser autoritäre Kurs ist auch für andere gefährlich.

Staat schließt Mädchen*-Zentren wegen Palästinasolidarität

Die Vorwürfe, die in diesem Brief gelistet sind, zeichnen das Bild eines Staates, der die privaten Social-Media-Profilen von Menschen überwacht und nach Abweichungen von der „Staatsräson“ sucht. Dies wird oft durch die Kooperation mit zivilgesellschaftlichen Denunziant:innen erreicht. Berichten zufolge ließ die Gruppe mit dem Namen „Sozialarbeiter:innen gegen Antisemitismus“ dem Staat in diesem Fall die nötigen Informationen zukommen.
Die staatlich-zivile Kooperation bei Repressionen gegen Andersdenkende war auch im Fall der Gefangennahme untergetauchter ehemaliger RAF-Mitglieder ausschlaggebend. Auch in Leipzig war es zuletzt eine nicht-staatliche Gruppe, die die Repression gegen eine fortschrittliche Bewegungen ausführte."
