Appeals court upholds Steve Bannon contempt of Congress conviction. A fed appeals court on Fri upheld the criminal contempt of Congress conviction of former Trump WH senior aide Steve Bannon for refusing to testify and provide docs to the HSE CMTE that investigated #J6. It makes it more likely that Bannon will soon have to begin serving a sentence of 4 months in jail for his conviction.
In case anyone has forgotten, Rick Scott pleaded the 5th 75 times in a 2000 deposition. His former company, Columbia/HCA, pleaded guilty to 14 felonies and agreed to a $600+ million fine in what was at the time the largest health care fraud settlement in U.S. history.
Rep Scott Perry said in a closed door briefing with lawmakers on Tues that the KKK is the “the military wing of the Dem party” & that migrants coming to the US “have no interest in being Americans,” acc to audio of Perry’s comments.
Perry has repeated elements of the anti-immigrant & antisemitic replacement theory before, said this during the House Oversight CMTE's member briefing.
Aileen Cannon has made official what has been obvious for some time. She has no intention of moving forward on Donald Trump’s stolen documents trial with any kind of order or speed. Instead, she will entertain every one of his frivolous motions for months and months and months.

Way to go AZ Attorney General, Kris Mays! These past (and future) elections could not have been more consequential. We still have a slightly traitorous legislature, but getting Governor Hobbs, Kris Mayes, Adrian Fontes and even a principled "republican" - Stephen Richer elected is making a huge difference.

Went to the AZ state house this morning to support the repeal vote. Outnumbered dramatically by people who desperately would like to control women. Vote failed and so once again AZ challenges Florida to see who can be the most dystopian.
The #GOPTraitors have a ONE vote margin in the house.
