International Court of Justice (ICJ) begins to delivers its order in the case where South Africa charged ‘Israel’ with genocidal intent, and asked for provisional measures to halt genocide in Gaza
✅ ICJ concludes that at least some of the rights claimed by South Africa under the genocide convention are applicable, which was required for the court to indicate provisional measures.
ICJ now says that the rIght of Palestinians to be protected from genocide are of such a nature, that prejudice against them could cause irreparable harm.

ICJ says that the catastrophic conditions in the Gaza strip is at serious risk of deteriorating further before the court could reach a final judgement.
