Ziel ihres Projektes ist die Entwicklung eines Workflows, der beide Tools effektiv kombiniert, um u.a. den Eigenschaften der untersuchten Quellen gerecht zu werden.

Day 2 of #30DayMapChallenge lines: Roads in the Roman Empire. Decided to do two maps. The first is major roads in the Roman Empire that uses both road and coastal shoreline data from the Ancient World Mapping Center. The second is a zoomed in map of the roads around the city of Rome during the Empire.

Die Stelle ist am neuen Methodenlabor des #NFDI4Memory angesiedelt und der Fokus liegt auf der kollaborativen Evaluation und Adaption innovativer computationeller Methoden für ihre Anwendung in den Geschichtswissenschaften. Die Anforderungen haben wir bewusst sehr flexibel gehalten und es flexibel, teilzeit und viel, wenn auch nicht ausschließlich, remote gearbeitet werden.
