I love the Great Smoky Mountains where we live... They never disappoint, and the sunsets are stunning. Happy to share a sunset I took above the hazy blue ridges a few weeks ago. Enjoy!
The winter evening on East Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin was beautifully illuminated by the building lights, street lights, and Christmas decorations. It created a magical atmosphere despite the cold weather.
In the early morning sun of late winter, Mabry Mill shines beautifully with a brilliant reflection of the blue sky, trees, and the mill itself in the calm pond water. You can find prints and more of this stunning scene in my gallery.
Standing at the edge of Tahquamenon Falls in winter was simply magical. The snowflakes gently falling, the chilly breeze, and the thundering sound of the waterfall created a feast for my senses.
For lovers of vintage cameras, like me, here's my photograph of a Minolta XG-1 camera. The Minolta XG-1 is a 35mm SLR camera that was introduced in 1978 and discontinued in 1984. It was one of the first cameras to feature an automatic exposure mode, which made it easy to use for beginners and enthusiasts alike.
