This photo was taken by my lovely wife. The next photo from the same session has been published here: https://pixelfed.social/i/web/post/610509435470497665 and was captured using the old camera you see in the picture.
I really enjoy taking photos with this camera because you can only take 12 shots, and you look through the viewfinder downwards, not forwards.
I like my #analogue pocket but man, it charges slow. It's gotta be like 10w or less? I haven't had it run out while playing yet but I plug it in a lot.
Also, it makes me wish wireless file share was standard on all consoles. I have a lot of screenshots on it, but I have to stop playing a Core & connect by USB to get 'em off. So I usually take 5mb phone photos of pixel art screenshots from <2mb games
Last year #Analogue announced they'd have one final run of their #SuperNT and #MegaSG. I had previously owned but sold a Super NT as I was in a tight spot back then, but regretted having to do so. Fortunately I was able to pre-order both.
They arrived a month or two ago, but I didn't actually have any Sega titles. My childhood ones were sadly lost to time. I fixed that this week after I found these two beauties.
I'm already very disappointed with my #AnaloguePocket, I haven't managed to start a single #GameBoy#Game until today. No matter how much I clean things or whatever I do, I just get an #Error screen. Does anyone of the #Tech
people here have an idea for me?
I startet practicing spooling #film on the reel of my paterson tank yesterday. My starter set came with a film for this purpose. I am failing miserably. I am able to get 80% of the film on there. After that the reel starts squeaking and the film gets stuck. If I push forward the film jumps out of the reel. It seems like the film has to much friction. Any tips? #analogphotography#analogue#BelieveInFilm#filmcommunity#darkroom
Starting up this classic! Take 2, using a from since my battery is dead. Might have a place I can get my carts' batteries replaced...they won't give me a price without coming in tho =/
It started with me opting not to keep smart lights when I moved. I found the routine of pressing physical switches more rewarding than the tap of a touch screen. I've since gotten into vinyl, and film photography. I still stream music, and I still take photos with my iPhone when it's more convenient, but I find the physicality of analog devices uniquely rewarding.
This is one of my favorite shots from a recent photo shoot. In the center at the end is the Starorobocinski Wierch, the highest peak in the Western Tatras in Poland.

The Duo will have a CD drive, but I don't have any NEC stuff. Is it possible that FPGA cores will let you play PS1/Sega CD/Saturn stuff on it via the real disk?
Also how collectable are the games for the systems the Duo naturally supports? Thanks to ebay and COVID "Entrepreneurs" I know I have high prices ahead of me in any system but...
I'm back to living after a tough experience. This time a cute bunny, another photo from the same roll as before, more material already waiting to be published! 😊
