@RickiTarr mallorcas, whole wheat, cinnamon buns (hey... Buns are bread right?) sandwich bread, sourdough, and biscuits (yes i got lazy and cut them with a dough cutter into squares. Better to hold egg sandos that way)
@RickiTarr Very nice! Looks a lot like the loaves I make. Since the pandemic, when I couldn't get yeast for my bread machine, I made a starter and learned how to make rustic sourdough table loaves. Now I make one per week. Haven't used the bread machine in a couple of years.
@RickiTarr Does cornbread count? Three individual blueberry cornbreads I baked Saturday, out of 12. I kept four for us and gave two boxes of four each to work friends.
@RickiTarr link to recipe. Notes: I use 1/4 cup creme fraiche in place of the sour cream or yogurt. The recipe does not specify what kind of cornmeal to use, I use Bob's Red Mill medium grind. @RickiTarr A rosemary and sea salt focaccia with loads of olive oil on it while warm to soak in. I made it a little while ago. It's quite huge but was offered to my neighbours, none of it went stale let alone went to waste.

Super easy, if you know how to make bread (duh)
I've struggled with the consistency, but this last one rose quite well and has a good taste. I usually do 50/50 wholegrain flour and white.
I add seeds mix to my dough and usually some mixed nuts (unsalted) and whatever dried fruits I can get my hands on, such as apricot or just raisins.
