Looking back on , I don't know if anyone else noticed, but as far as I could see there were no LLM or GenAI demos, and I didn't have any conversations about AI/ML with anyone.

I would like to meet the person who advised Sunak that National Service would be a policy to win an election.
Quite apart from being a bad idea on many levels, I'm amazed at its stupidity as an election policy.

After a late night wine and politics session with my grandson and his partner, Sunak's seemingly crazy policy announcements suddenly make sense.
He is not trying to defeat Labour. He's trying to defeat Reform. In the light of that, National Service makes sense. Labour may trounce the Tories, but Reform could completely destroy them. Ergo, try to take the wind from Reform, everyone else has already left the room.
