On Xbox, is there any way to turn off the damage number displays? I can’t find anything in the settings for it.

@jake4480 We don’t have that checkbox on Xbox BUT when I went back just now I found it buried under a pulldown. I guess my first look at it didn’t think that menu item meant damage numbers.

Honestly, these fucking Treasure Goblins! I run and run, and then I get swarmed by some damned skeletons who get in my way and I’m trying to run after the goblin AND collect his little gold droppings, and I swear I can hear the little fucker giggling and then he just gets away with what I assume to be a huge amount of gold and anyway I guess what I’m saying is FUCK TREASURE GOBLINS.

@jake4480 They have definitely added some things in just for total fun. Like those greed altars that give you like 10x the gold for killing things.

Hey #Diablo4 players… what are these green wisps? They seem to drop from certain enemies. I can “collect” them but they don’t appear to heal or buff my energy.

I just enabled sharing to the fediverse on my Threads account.

I might regret saying this but I think this is a net gain for the fediverse, even if Meta is doing this to potentially appease regulators.

I’ll continue to use the Mastodon instances I helped start (hci.social and micro.blogs.pricneton.edu) but it’s nice to follow Threads folks from afar👋

@andresmh I’m a little sad that Meta made it opt-in, and throws up a big “this might be reeeeeeally scary” page first, but it’s better than nothing.

Now, to convince all Threads users to turn that on.
