So it's not only me with the falling asleep panic attacks. I don't think it's related to covid in my case. Night time #anxiety goes back a long time for me. Outright panic attacks is a more recent thing though. Traumatic events.

We haven't found this instance in public blocklists. Does anyone know about them?
