After years of doing scrambled eggs low and slow, I've switched to the very hot pan method, and I’m a convert!

Heat pan with no butter or oil. Do the splash of water test, if the water runs in beads, it's ready. Slap butter around the pan and quickly pour in the seasoned beaten eggs (no milk), take off the heat and stir quickly. Done in just a few seconds and no sticking. Still nice and moist!

Most of you have probably been doing it like this for years, but I've only just cottoned on

 Podcast design is great. But the lack of silence trimming is noticiable. I’d go back to @overcastfm, but I'm too used to the "add to queue" model.

@dhrystone @_Davidsmith I only use Reeder, but its iCloud Feeds features (which I've used since FW went away) is a bit slow. Feedly Pro is overkill. Leaning towards Inoreader supporter plan ($20/yr).

@Edent #remarkable2 for reading makes sense if you use the notebook features imho. Even then, I mostly reach out to my Boox Leaf2 and iPad for reading.

Kindle Scribe sounds like a better option for you.

Super excited, pun intended, to test out #Superlist! Got my invite to the test beta. Sadly no Windows client available just yet not even a browser version (which is sorta weird) but hey, I'll take what I can get. These guys created Wunderlist, one of the most-used apps ever for me. That counts for a LOT.
