This is such a first world problem, I know, but I hate how my house's concrete walls means the WiFi signal is really only at full strength in the living room.

It's especially annoying because sometimes when I'm relaxing in bed and reading articles on my phone, the signal will get so weak it'll just disconnect entirely.

Like IDK anime is just too broad of a term and saying 'I'm an anime fan' wouldn't tell you anything beyond 'this person enjoys Japanese animation'.

I'd rather tell people the genres, creators, and series I'm fans of specifically rather than just saying 'anime', y'know?

Ugh I dunno, the local place is a lot closer though but there have been a couple times where they've been robbed and had all their stuff stolen...(granted I think the last time that happened was like 8-9 years ago but still)

Not a big fan of this toy-based MP-44 redeco Takara's revealed.

Something about giving such a toon-accurate Prime head the toy-accurate yellow eyes feels off to me. I get that it comes with both the more angular and more rounded toon Prime heads, but I feel they should've included a toy-accurate head option - I mean the toy-based redeco of MP-36 Megatron came with a toy-based face option, so why not Prime as well?

I mean like I know that handhelds still exist, of course, but I mean like I miss when handheld gaming was like unique games /made/ for handhelds as opposed to just being the same games as on home consoles/PCs but on the go.

I mean that's great too but I just wish both versions of handhelds could somehow exist at the same time.

OK so like does #Mastodon on the web not show you that you have new notifications if you have your phone, with a Mastodon app (I use Tusky, FWIW), connected to the internet and getting push notifications about your notifications or am I just dumb?

All I know is that I had a few notifications that it didn't show me the number for on the web but on my phone, I had push notifications for all of them.

I really do feel that some #anime fans on the internet never outgrew that phase when you think that anime is some amazing superior thing to Western cartoons and not just...cartoons but from Japan.

Bonus points when they go on and on about how 'American cartoons are just crap for kids' and then they name some anime they watch and it's series that are aimed at kids in Japan.

Back during the Wii, 3DS, and Wii U eras, Nintendo fans were constantly complaining about how Nintendo were selling old games on the VC individually and saying that they need to do a subscription service instead.

But now that they're doing that on the Switch, they're complaining about the subscription service and saying they should sell these old games individually again.

And by not a fan I mean 'I am scared of them'

Like I have a genuine phobia of them, even when they're not moving.

At the mall the other day, the elevator in Macy's was out of order and we had to use a (disabled) escalator as stairs.

GENUINELY was still freaking out and terrified while they weren't even moving and I was just walking up them like normal stairs.
