@Impossible_PhD My ex-mother-in-law, a cis lady who was not well endowed, got a BA and promptly went around showing everyone who didn’t flee. It wasn’t a sex thing, it was just wanting to share her fulfillment after a lifelong lack.

Preaching to the choir, but the “trans experience” is surprisingly resonant beyond the trans population.

So, apparently I'm going to an old friend's wedding this fall? This is my first formal event since transition....where does one get a formal dress? 😅

I do have a semi-formal lilac dress, but like...I'd like to get fancy and indulge the pretty girl side of myself. 😁

So we're playing a Tribe 8 game, the setting of which has... a lot of 90s in it. One of those bits is Ile Perdue, a dive with an S&M aesthetic.

I remember back in the 90s I envisioned this as a hard core, edgy place that characters would be hesitant to go into. But yesterday when the GM @rivetgeek said "it's basically an S&M bar" my immediate thought was, "oh, so the friendliest people on the island, with a healthy respect for consent."

    Feeling ill this morning, so we got McDonalds delivered, which they run through ubereats.

    I have never had an ubereats delivery go correctly, and this was no exception. Guy arrives with the food and just stands there at my door. Didn’t ring the bell, didn’t follow the directions to leave it there and go. He texted me that he was there and I had to tell him to leave it behind.

    Do they just do a shit job training these people, or is the app fundamentally broken at giving drivers instructions?

    This goes out to the other people in the Fediverse, let's destroy the myth that "you're too old" to start transitioning later in life. I started hormones when I was 35 and my changes have been amazing..
