I honestly don't understand why any brand is there, and I feel sorry for any humans who feel they "need" to stay in that cesspool to stay in touch with friends.
@masukomi Thank you for sharing! We all managed to stay in touch before Twitter, so we will stay in touch without it. It seems some humans have very short memories and canʼt conceive of any other way!
@BoredomFestival We actually removed our links to Twitter from our site in 2021 (we could see where things were heading then, even before the purchase). Most of the stuff that went on our account since was automated, but weʼve turned the tap off for that now, too. It took a while to figure out what scripts were being run and where, and like a lot of publications, money was tight, too!
@miramusank Not quite, but the only way to delete a Threads account is to delete your Instagram. We want our Threads account to remain to keep the username, but Threads itself is redundant since we are already on Fashionsocial.host, which is heaps better. 😊
Working through all you wonderful new followers who have come by way of the generous post by @FediFollows. Following back many of you, and let us know if we havenʼt followed you back by tomorrow!
Also check out other fashionsocial.host accounts if youʼre into fashion. @jquillin, @miramusank, @summeremacs, @SecureInStyle, @brycequillin, and @kristenfanarakis. Plus @boby_biq!
@jquillin Lucy is great, always someone to watch because you know sheʼll do something amazing. Please tell your friend we think theyʼre doing great things!
Our latest cover was photographed by Taras Taraporvala, retouched by Bruno Magalhaes, make-up by Maniasha, hair by Gabriel Georgiou, styled by Sheefa Gilani, assisted by Astha Kothari, and modelled by Filmfare award winner Andrea Kevichüsa wearing jewellery by Valliyan Jewellery.
Another one from the archives. Back in July 2016 I was on board the SOFIA Observatory. On the way back to Christchurch we flew over my home town of Ōtepoti Dunedin at about 4am on a Monday morning. Not many planes fly at 41,000 feet over Dunedin so I managed to snap a picture showing the city lights and the Otago Peninsula. Some stars can be seen too! #DunedinNZ
