Remember that you need to be registered at a voting-eligible class of membership and elect to exercise your voting rights before the nominees are announced. It's probably about time I wrote a review of my framework laptop. TL;DR preview: love the concept, quality hardware, but it currently feels like a tough sell for anyone that might need to use their warranty and is not comfortable swapping laptop parts on their own.

My new SofaBaton X1S remote isn't perfect, but it has some cool features and is significantly better than having three different remotes. I never owned a Logitech Harmony, but I'm told this is one of the closest alternatives that's being made today.

A couple reminders given that PSF board elections are coming up:

1. Your work in Python communities and ecosystems may already qualify you for a PSF membership class with voting privileges.
