The employer and its insurance company appealed the judgement and lost. Also I am very glad to not have to be touching hackney any more. This is false. Places which had mass outbreaks of covid before the jab had people die from it, enough to even show up in the 'excess death' statistics later on. You are forgetting there was a whole year of mass death before the vax and there's a lot of people who lost friends and family during that time who are not going to let you get away with this, present company included.

Well yeah, because in many places that's when omicron hit, and places changed their public health policy from 'protect people from covid' to 'let er rip' in places like canada and a good part of the US. Half the point of the vax was to provide a layer of protection so that when that wave finally crested over north america and elsewhere, that people would at least have a vaccine to protect them from the worst of it, which by and large we did. And the protection from that vaccine saved tens of millions of lives. But it didn't save everyone.
