I actually feel less suicidal today. Still lost in despair but fewer thoughts of running/hiding/hurting myself. I still start to get panicky if I think about more than the current day, I can survive the awfulness, but JUST for today. I’ll worry about tomorrow, tomorrow

Ok hive mind!

I am looking for sources for watching science documentaries (NOVA, Nature, National Geographic, BBC Earth... And other awesome stuff I probably don't even know about) that isn't via YouTube. I am fed up with their unrelenting greed.

So need suggestions on doc-heavy streaming services, and/or a buddy to help me find stuff if it's there, and/or advice on an applebox app that filters out these unrelenting intrusive ads on YouTube. 😤

@vlrny I haven't tried this app (Yattee) as I don't have the hardware but the site doing the recommendations has been helpful to me in the past. It does require a bit of configuration, so that might be a negative (personally, I'd prefer plug and play!).
