@cheukting_ho Do you know of any official Python professional certifications? Or ones that are accepted by the community as being valuable?

I'm looking at encouraging my team to pursue some training leading to recognised certificates.

@dominicsayers I am not sure. Since Python can be used in many applications, from web applications to data science, usually companies will hire trainers to train their team specifically.

The leader's job is to give orders and tell other people what to do.

You might feel that having other people to do the thing you used to do yourself is a downgrade: you no longer get credit for completing those tasks.

But that's not the job of a leader. The leader's job is deciding what needs to get done, and who you can boss around to get things done.

Becoming a leader is an advancement.
People will follow and do the things you ask only after you earn their respect.
