Why dnf upgrade on #Fedora 39 shows me red lines of packageName replacing packageName (name being the same), but only for some? I know a thing or two on Linux #packaging, but not RPM.

I am on the way to set up some video monitoring of an external building that has a history of break-ins.
I am already looking in window breaking and door opening sensors.
But i also want to look into cameras with motion detection.
I do not want to have the data stored "in the cloud" - if so in my cloud.

Is there anyone in my follower sphere that has an idea over video survelliance including motion detection and some alerting - in (ideally) open source and with keeping the data...?

I know that's hard.

I am working on open-source CCTV server (BluecherryDVR.com). I also run one at home. (Questions welcome.) What do you run for CCTV, people? Frigate, Home Assistant, ZoneMinder, etc? No poll, it gives me only 4 option slots and it seems there are more alternatives.
