That was an iPhone 15 Pro … and even the ‚cheap‘ pano functionality. Not single pictures I stitched with Lightroom. … in most cases these are now ‚good enough‘ for me.
@arkadiusz
Yes, I like that too. And sometimes one can find pictures of places to visit in the future.
That way I saw 'Gargantua Funda' the first time. A really big waterfall, that isn’t so well known.
Are you aware of it already?
@arkadiusz 😹
You won’t believe that … I photographed this cat in Dec 23 … in Santana … it really looks like the same cat, as on your picture … but maybe I am wrong? 🤪
Thank you for the feedback! 🙏
It looks lovely with the colorful petals. 👍
I was there in wintertime 2009 and walked the Caldeirão verde. Inferno was closed at that time already too. We walked a bit further, but weren’t able to find the right way. OpenStreetMaps data wasn’t exact enough.
But the Levada Caldeirão verde is not as harmless also. I heard someone was hit by falling rocks and died because of that. 😱
So I will be really attentive when walking it again. (But I will!)
We had some sun on the walk, but most of the times it was cloudy … what was excellent weather for December.
But we were in rainjackets also and had a nice situation with one of the tunnels.
I needed some moments to see the regular distances between the stones, and that it would be possible to hop from one to another. 🤪
That’s good. Now I know, when to travel again, to see this wonderful petals and colours in Queimadas.
Do you know, what it was? A Bougainvillea or maybe a Rhododendron?
