Question for #ADHD and #AuDHD:
What books would you recommend to read about adhd?

I’m trying to make sense of some things, and would like to read more.

All my brain things blend together and hard to tell what is what. With signs like how teachers said I wasn’t reaching my potential because I was always daydreaming and never listening. And how I’ve gotten emails from my electric and health insurance companies threatening to shut it off because I forgot to pay the bill again.

@theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic @actuallyautistics can you explain to me what level 1,2 and 3 means. I was diagnosed before all that changed and I haven’t kept up with new terms / developments. I was just diagnosed as classical autism

@theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic @actuallyautistics I think on most days I function on level 1. I am very good at planning and communication. But when it gets too much, I’m definitely level 2. I think it fluctuates. It’s hard cause this also means that I don’t always have the support that I need when I need it.

At the end of this month I might have enough budget to buy another big boardgame. From the following titles which one would you recommend and why? Creature Comforts, Cascadia, Flamecraft or Paleo? I would also like to know which game plays well with only 2 players. #BoardGames

I (most likely) have a meeting with a bank next week about what they are willing to loan to us for a mortgage... It's hard to overstate how much I'm not looking forward to that - but it's one of those "required" things as a way of getting better living situation so will find a way...
I really wish we could just send them information, but no - they want to talk... sigh.
