Some #BoardGames that I played in the last days. We went to a friend’s house yesterday to introduce them to Fit to Print. We also played some Carcassonne junior with their kid. At home we played Wandering Towers and Quacks.

I suspect, based on what my psychiatrist told me when he raised the strattera, the medication I take in the morning for depression blocks dopamine and serotonin receptors.

ADHD is made worse by low dopamine levels.

So I think my morning med is making the ADHD worse.

But it's either take it and stay out of chemical depression, or be depressed and struggle less with ADHD.

I have an appointment with him tomorrow and will find out more and see if anything can be done.

As society reverts to the 70s, I can feel myself getting angrier about bras.

If you need or like them, please carry on.

But with certain aerobic exceptions, I find bras useless at best. At worst, they’re painful. They’re also expensive and labour-consuming.

All that just because other people are weird about the fact of boobs and incapable of minding their own business.

I had build quite the sticker collection by supporting other artists. So I bought a reusable sticker book from Xodash. Now my stickers are all together and I can still stick them in other places if I want to.

I got the manufactured plushie.

It’s AWFUL. I hate it.

They ensured me the fabric would be very soft and it feels rough. Super unpleasant to touch.

It’s supposed to be a cat holding an infinity symbol but it doesn’t look like a cat in person.

I need something to do.

For the absolute first time in my life I'm not filled with surging emotions. Today is like a tabula rasa for me, and I'm hoping to build on it.

I've been stuck in autistic burnout since I was 8yo. The only hobby I ever had was picking through rolls of pennies to pull out the wheatbacks, for one summer as a preteen.

I really could use something to do that isn't computer based. I have books, but want something more active.

Suggestions?

I did a very autistic thing and bought summer clothes in 2 to 4 packs.

I am now the proud owner of:

• 9 capri leggings in 4 colors.

• 10 of the same tank top all in different colors.

• 4 bike shorts in different colors.

• 17 autistic t-shirts from my store in 5 different colors (they come in more colors, I just buy the same colors lol)

I will officially wear the same outfits every day in various colors when both sleeping and being outside in the heat lol

How long does it take for a strained muscle to heal? I have a strained muscle under my ribs from to much coughing when I had acute bronchitis. It’s already bothering me for 2 weeks.

More progress on this goldfish painting. It was my first time going back to work after 3 weeks. It was rough (I still have either an overstretched muscle or bruised rib from the bronchitis), but it was also really fun to work on this. #MastoArt #Art

I still regularly find it hard to be a parent when overwhelmed. Knowing I'm autistic has made it possible to make changes to make things work better - not perfect, but better. I don't want to think about effect of not knowing I'm autistic...

I went on a journey to return a bunch of pants I bought on Amazon. The closest free returns place was 35 min walk away.

I went a very long way in my power chair on the way there, and it took much less time to get back since I knew where I was.

First time going through residential neighborhoods. They really do not maintain the sidewalks!

Half of the journey was through a park, so saw some nature. Found a bunch of places to go to in wheelchair distance.

It was good to get out and go places.

I'm dogsitting today.

When he got here he was looking at doors and breathing a bit heavy, and then he did a fart that I took to be the final piece of evidence that he needed to poop. I was correct.

Next I made myself breakfast, letting him sniff everything for quality control.

I then gave him a good quantity of scritches, and now I'm chilling on the couch and he's chilling on a luxury dog bed on the rug beside me.

I missed having a dog around.

My body is so relaxed and it’s like all my muscle tension went away. With no one around to stress me out, no relationships, and my depression med being a tranq, I keep falling asleep in the mornings for an hour or 2.

Getting my work done, hanging out with my cats, doing fun things, enjoying the quiet. Feels like I’m decompressing from a traumatic lifetime. First time in my life I’ve been able to relax.

I’ve been up since 2:30am and it feels like the last 12 hours went by in an hour. All I’ve done today is lay on the couch with Dinah. She seems pleased with this.
