I still regularly find it hard to be a parent when overwhelmed. Knowing I'm autistic has made it possible to make changes to make things work better - not perfect, but better. I don't want to think about effect of not knowing I'm autistic...

@samantha@actuallyautistic I can only imagine how difficult this can be. While I was also diagnosed late, I didn’t have children yet. And cause my partner is also on the spectrum, we decided against having children.
