@llamasoft_ox Is that a British armed forces rule? Bc we do not have that rule in Germany, you will find many bearded soldiers and sailors on the #Bundeswehr#YouTube channel. The only exception being the Wachbataillon (these guys marching around in Berlin with unloaded WWII era carbines) with their strict rule on no beards, no bellies, no glasses. @alexkidman To be fair, the original #AppleII version of #Choplifter and it's derivatives such as the #Atari800 version that I played did age much worse (terrible slowdown issues, and an easy to reach end at a maximum score of 48 diminishes it's replay value significantly). Thankfully, the #SEGA#MasterSystem version is instead based on SEGA's vastly enhanced arcade coin-op. On the Atari 800 I recommend #Synapse's #FortApocalypse instead to fulfill your chopper cravings.

It would be different if the #USA had a proportional representation electoral system akin to the #Netherlands or #Germany, but in its "Winner takes it all!" first past the post system one can only vote against the worst candidate by voting for the only other other prospective winner.

Der XE scheint zu funktionieren, mir fehlt nur ein Antennenkabel, um ihn an den TV anzuschliessen, lulz. Was sind die gängigen Preise für diese Geräte, weiss das jemand?
@czottmann Ich kann aufgrund der Beschreibung nur eine grobe Schätzung abgeben: #Atari 130XE funktionierend wäre m.W. 100-150 Euro wert, ohne Funktionsprüfung würde ich maximal die Hälfte ansetzen (Haupt-Fehlerpunkte: defekte RAM-Chips, defekte Tastaturfolie, bei Produktionsstätte Hong Kong evtl. defekter GTIA-Grafikchip - fällt u.a. massiv im Vorspann von "Ballblazer" auf). Floppy 1050 ohne SIO-Kabel und Netzteil 40-60, mit eher 80-100. XC12 10-20. #Atari8bit
@czottmann Einfacher geht das heutzutage mit Composite-Kabel, z.B. diesem hier: https://www.ebay.de/itm/323379523493 - da spart man sich den Suchlauf und hat zudem ein stabileres Bild.

Lebensmittel wie Tee, Reis oder Honig bräuchten nach Ansicht von Bundesagrarminister Özdemir kein Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum. Er sieht hier die EU-Kommission am Zug und hofft, dass künftig weniger Lebensmittel weggeworfen werden.
