My dear friend's husband Jeigh Tea passed away very abruptly yesterday, a vibrant, beautiful, and sharp witted person who made my life better for knowing him. In honor of him and to help his family in a really trying time, if you can help, I offer a way:

Trump is lying again, when he says the "real vote" is in November. His jury voted on his guilt on 34 state crimes. They found him guilty, because the evidence was considerable, and his demonstrated conduct was so consistent with the charges.
In November, voters will vote on something completely different. Their vote will have no bearing on whether Trump is a convicted felon. It will determine only whether the great entrepreneur becomes just another public employee again.
And I really do love my readers. You are the constant in the chaos. So deserving of good information and I, despite my depression, really do feel that way about my audience no matter how large or small
@Brandi_Buchman People don't pretend to be depressed. They pretend to be ok. Grappling with depression isn't easy, but the trite expression that recognizing the problem is the first and most important step on the way out of depression. You're on your way.
@Brandi_Buchman. I glad you aren't hiding the depression. Are you able to access any resources to help deal with it? I've had a good response to emdr therapy for ptsd. What can we do to help?
I don't feel like getting yelled at on X but I just want to say: I'm glad the economy seems to be doing well for so many but I am drowning out here and every person I know is holding onto their pennies because everything is so expensive and they are afraid it will get worse. But if you say that, you're against Joe Biden or democracy.
Just quietly suffering fucking sucks.
And I know I'm not alone!!!!
It should be reasonable to say the economy is much better than it was predicted to be at the start of Biden’s presidency, inflation has decreased but prices haven’t returned to pre-pandemic levels.
Many people are still suffering because wages have not increased for many to match price of food and basic necessities.
While it’s a problem that people think unemployment is high and we’re in a recession is worse that politicians are blind to legitimate concerns.
“There’s going to be violence if he’s convicted but it doesn’t matter because once we start making prosecutorial decisions based on those collateral consequences, we’re done. Then the criminal justice system no longer operates,” Kirschner told me today.
@Brandi_Buchman Congrats on the #Kirschner interview! He has the best credibility and insight of attorney/former prosecutor out there. I’ve said since the beginning that Kirschner should have been AG - huge error on Biden’s part to put that milquetoast Garland in.
@Brandi_Buchman Yes, indeed. Spoliation sanctions hearing upcoming. Game over for Newsmax - just hand over their checkbook. Plus there could be other sanctions since the conduct was so flagrant - maybe they will no longer be a going concern after all of the fallout. Excellent article!
