I have no idea. I lose money on my writing. Art includes a cover, roughly 10 major interior drawings, and 4 or 5 character sketches. Economically this is a major outlay for me and unlikely to ever be recouped..
Artistically is it worth it to me? This is a labor of love., so yes it is worth it.

How do I feel about it?
I feel generally good. I sometimes regret that when faced with a choice between writing something publishable and writing what I want, I always choose to write what I want. (Not enough to change my behavior) My third novel should start appearing in a serialized form on the 2nd. I think my writing is improving. I hope so.

In less than a week To Kiss a Cat has moved up to be my tenth most popular fic on pixiv. Especially interesting given it is original fiction. Parasitic Plants and Their Uses is number ten on AO3 but it's ecchi in a pro-fanfic fandom.
I didn't release a new #visualnovel for Christmas this year, but I did release a free #yuri VN called Winter Fragments last year!
