Ruddy Turnstone, a shorebird patterned like a Calico Cat.
Yellow-crowned Night Heron in profile. A small heron with a blue-grey body and black and white banded head, with a yellow tinge to its forelock and a long plume arising from the rear of its head.

There's a part of the walk around the Summer Leys Reserve is a small meadow known as 'Butterfly Meadow'. Here I saw a few butterflies and bees. This one is an Orange Tip Butterfly that was flying between flowers

All - baby coots and goslings on local fishing lakes.
Heck they really are mostly fluff - but the colours on the head of the baby coot are great.

Two Goslings, one is wide-beaked mid-quack; standing on some concrete next to some grass with parents.
A baby coot; it's 90% fluff, and is standing in shallow water surrounded by leaves. It's head has a ring of yellow feathers but then mixed bright colouring.
