8km recovery run, kept it chili. 1mi 7.3, 4mi 7.5 felt pretty loose so that’s a good sign. My legs feel like I’m ready for longer distances, my cardio seems to be the weak point in my goals at this point. And my nipples are just a wreck, seriously distracting more than they should be. #running#treadmill
Got that December half in. Treadmill run, ran 7.8//8.0 mile “intervals”, eked out the sub-100 min! Feels good taking it easy through the holidays knowing where I’m at.

I usually get outside once or twice a week. Hopefully, more outdoors next week.
Fitbit died, so using a $20 Mi Band for a bit on the tracking side 🏃♂️
One reason I started taking skateboarding a bit more seriously beginning last year was because it's a way more fun method of staying active compared to the treadmill.
After this morning, I think the #skateboard and #treadmill will start working in tandem to keep my body from completely falling apart.
For the second time, the #NordicTrack / #iFit#treadmill frame has broken. This version is less than 2 years old.
So I need a new treadmill. It needs a long ramp (husband is 6'5"), to be super sturdy, and ideally has a variety of interesting programs. Any recommendations?
(Have I mentioned to never, ever, ever, ever, ever buy a treadmill from iFit/NordicTrack? Because you should never ever ever pay this much for this crappy a tool.)
