Early morning run. Still recovering from influenza, which put an unexpected dent on my training, but legs felt more responsive, so I guess it’s all good.
First post (belatedly diagnosed) influenza run. Felt a bit heavy and not as strong as usual, but a good run overall. And the sunrise was beautiful as always 😁
That's me done for running. Injury isn't going away. Ultimately, I actively dislike it now due to the ongoing injury - recovery loop that's never ending.
I'll replace with bike rides for now and see how that goes.

Today was a target pace run for 15 mins (and an optional extra 5 mins) with 15 min warm up / cool down. The target pace was 7:28 - 7:48 and I ran the first interval (15 mins) at 7:30 and the second (5 mins) at 7:38. I was pretty pleased with this but Garmin gave me a 62% (average) execution score 🤔 …
