Early morning run. Still recovering from influenza, which put an unexpected dent on my training, but legs felt more responsive, so I guess it’s all good.
First post (belatedly diagnosed) influenza run. Felt a bit heavy and not as strong as usual, but a good run overall. And the sunrise was beautiful as always 😁
Early morning recovery run. Who could have imagined spending 6 straight hours standing to be at the barrier in a heavy metal concert last Saturday would be as demanding and exhausting on my legs as running a 10k race? 🤘🏻😜🤘🏻

Good morning, #Fediverse! Had a relaxed 6.66k run (🤘🏻😉🤘🏻) to start the day. And bumped into one of my favorite neighbors, Oso (bear) a sweet Pyrenean Mountain Dog who’s a veritable walking teddy bear 😍
Nice and easy recovery day today. I’ve been trying the Apple Fitness+ “Time to run” workouts and I really like them. My only beef sometimes is the music selection. I know they have to go for the widest slice of their potential users, but I really wish they had some heavier tracks instead of just generic pop. On the plus side, since I’m not into the music it kinda becomes white noise with a beat, so I get less distracted during my run. Win some, lose some I guess 😅
