#Ivanka: "The whole meeting was mainly about our vision for the project. I recall spending a good amt of time talking about our experience, redeveloping historic assets.... I believe that's what my father talked as well … It was a big picture discussion….”
(She only recalls things that don’t contradict their preferred narrative.)

Yesterday, Engoron warned Trump atty #Kise not to speak about court staff, & noted a pattern of #misogyny in Kise’s behavior toward women in the courtroom.

The NYAG showed a 2021 #certification signed by Eric relating to Trump's #Doral golf course. The cert was sent to a #bank w/ Trump's #SFC, which verified Trump's financials.
#NYAG again asked: "You did intend for this to be an accurate representation.”
#EricTrump: "I wouldn't sign something if it wasn't accurate, so yes.”
The NYAG showed 2 more 2021 certifications signed by Eric thst he sent to banks w/ #Trump's #SFC for #loan applications.
NYAG: "We just looked at 3 certifications you signed. What if anything did you do to ascertain that the 2021 statements of financial condition [were accurate]?"
#NYAG lawyer Colleen Faherty specifically focused on the licensing developments on #Trump's #SFC (Statement of Financial Condition) from 2017, she asked #DonaldTrumpJr if he gave the accountants the $246M #valuation attached to the licensing deals.
NYAG: "Did you work on the statement of financial condition for June 30, 2017?"
Jr: "I did not. The accountants worked on it. That's what we paid them to do.”
#DonaldTrumpJr said as the primary on most of the deals, he could have discussed them w/the accounting team, but if he did so it was w/o knowing they'd use the values on SFCs.
"I didn't give them a value of $246M. I could’ve sat there & gone through each one of the deals individually w/ #AllenWeisselberg, #JeffMcConney, #DonaldBender, & given them an idea of what I believe the cash flow coming from those deals would’ve been worth, not even knowing it was for the purposes of this” (the #SFC).
