I caught this witch stocking up on #candy to lure unsuspecting children to her doorstep for #Halloween 😂 (I asked permission before taking a photo, because I'm not a deek. She was surprised and amused at the request 😂)
We still have plenty of unusual and downright unpleasant Swedish sweets we brought back from holiday. We give them to friends and laugh as they frown and squirm while eating them. I fear that we'll run out of friends before we run out of sweets though. #sweden#sweets#candy
The first are called Jimmie Stix. Which I had never heard of before getting them. It is a pretzel stick wrapped in peanut butter then chocolate. If anything on earth could be called "my jam," it would be this. Very good. Would get again.
The second...I can't quit them. I love me some candy cigarettes. Sure, they are just a stick of pure sugar. But...I love them so much.
The different chocolates in a box can't have exactly the same production cost. What if the really good ones are less expensive than the nasty ones? And you could actually have a cheaper box containing only the best ones?
Although I have BIG feelings about Christmas invading November, I have no issues with signs of spooky season coming out at the beginning of August ✨ It's the most wonderful tiiiiiiime of the yeeeeeeeear ✨
So, as I had posted before, my parents got me a number of Ryse Fuel energy drinks to try for my #birthday. Let's plow through three more of them!
First, we have Baja Burst. It's called "twisted lime" in terms of what flavor it is. For me, think #BajaBlast, but better. Yes, I said it. It has a similar taste, but something about it I just enjoy more than Baja Blast. Shocked me too.
The second is Ring Pop. You know that generic "berry" flavor that candies have. It's a non-descript berry, it could be any of them if someone told you that it was a specific berry. That's what this tastes like. Which, I suppose, is fitting for a Ring Pop flavored energy drink.
The third is Tiger's Blood. It's a watermelon, strawberry, and coconut flavored energy drink. I genuinely liked this one. A lot. The coconut was subtle flavor-wise, even if my kids all said they smelled coconut the moment I opened it. I don't know, I liked it, though.
Have you tried any of these? Feel free to let me know if the comments.
Unfortunately, a bag of chips is probably about the worst snack to try to travel halfway across the world with. "Here's a great bag of ... potato dust."
I forgot a couple of other things I sent to a fellow in Europe that were distinctly Canadian. "Big Turk" bars, and apparently Aero as well!
