I'm starting 2023 by posting #MyRecordCollection , adding to this thread one each day. These are the albums that made me who I am (for better or worse). That should last most of the year! I'm also updating the art, using techniques I've learned and developed since I began this series in 2009.
Dragonflies seem like magical creatures to me, with their gossamer wings and long bodies. I can't help but feel I'm being visited by something enchanted whenever they wiz by. Some say, if one lands on you, it's good luck.
Thanks for stopping to take a look! This is a fairly recent piece I titled "No. 122," with bright, intense hues of red and blue superimposed against a gray-black background, with subtle texturing and sprinkles of white strewn around the two fields of color.
