Happy #WhiskerWednesday (I forgot book photos again). This is Traveler, who's never really gone anywhere. She's annoyed with my phone.

In honor of #WhiskersWednesday, here’s a picture of Hen…..oh wait, where is he? I could’ve sworn he was in this picture somewhere. He’s so stealthy when playing hide-and-seek with his sister!
Of all my cats, Teddy seems to recognize most. #CatsOfMastodon
I know, everyone thinks their cat is smarter...
Let me continue....
In my summer home, I first noticed when I walked out of view, Teddy immediately looked to the wall mirror, and followed my movements upstairs.
He likes to watch TV in the reflection of my Gaming PC (black mirror finish), and he interacts with images he likes, turning his head to look back at the TV when the reflection shows something he'd love to touch.
He's never growled or scratched us, but he will go into absolute trauma if you touch his paws.
His nails, when we got him, had never been clipped. They curled 2x around like a paperclip.
He clicked when he walked on the floors inside.
Two of us tried to hold him. Not possible.
It took months to trim one paw. Finally, cruel as it appears, we learned we can wrap him tightly in a towel, like a Cat Burrito & clip those nails while he squeaks & squirms.
Teddy picks things up easily with one toe nail.
And he likes crinkly things.. like foil bags, and plastic wraps.
If my wife and i watch a movie with a bag of chips, the cat will find that bag, if he has to empty the whole garbage can to get to it. Luckily the kitchen one has a lid, but he empties all the rest, if anything crinkly is put in there.
He just looks in the can, sticks out one toenail and grabs a QTip from the waste bin.
