Lunch yesterday was at #GalacticGrill , and I had the bantha burger. There's the pork belly underneath the angus beef and vegetable patty. I really enjoyed the burger, and the asian-inspired slaw added a nice freshness in lieu of lettuce and tomato, and I liked the kimchi-like bit of heat.
