Forse la soluzione migliore sarebbe postare prima link invidious e sotto quello YT 🤔
“Problemlos” würde ich #NewPipe jetzt nicht nennen. Der PII-Mißbrauch durch Google ist zwar weniger heftig, da zumindest client-seitig kein tracking mehr stattfindet, auf Server-Seite jedoch sehr wohl präsent und weiterhin kritisch.
Wer statt Youtube links proxies von #invidious oder #piped verwenden möchte, soll sich redirect add-ons wie #LibRedirect zulegen. Direkt proxy links zu posten finde ich fragwürdig. Das sollte jeder selbst für sich entscheiden.

I would also like to suggest trying to migrate over to #PixelFed as an #Instagram replacement and #Friendica as a #Facebook replacement. It took me years to start using my #Mastodon account, the first step is creating it.
Je n'arrive paaaaas à lire un lien tiktok avec #proxitok....snif..... J'ai bien téléchargé l'extension #LibRedirect. Puis sélectionné 4 instances avec des ping dans les plus rapide. Le lien s'ouvre bien automatiquement dans #fennec puis......
Bandcamp has its problems, not least with passing off. (One band I know was surprised to see its albums for sale. Bandcamp didn’t even respond to comment requests, although did eventually take down the pages.) But I’ll be sorry to see it receive death from a thousand cuts – or a few really big ones. Which looks like where things are heading.
This is the latest #youtube "innovation". #Google with a market cap of $1.7 trillion and $120 billion cash on hand, "needs" to charge for ads on YouTube.
This is, of course, not true. They have more than enough revenue to run YouTube without ads in perpetuity, but they want to please shareholders. The #Peertube community is showing how you can distribute the costs of hosting content as well. If you don't support Google's continued monetization of monopolized video...vote with your feet.
Here's a UX choice I really appreciate on the @gamingonlinux website.
Instead of dragging down page speed, allowing trackers to leak your data (whether you're blocking it or not) and being in-your-face with corporate branding - The YouTube embed UI here offers you a choice.
Due to my nerdy setup - If I decide to click **"Direct Link" **on my system, my #LibRedirect extension kicks in and intercepts the URL, and redirects me to my #invidious instance.
