This morning, I am overruling the Brain DJ in favour of a new release of an old song –

Asian Dub Foundation, "No Fun feat. Iggy Pop" (recorded 2007, released 24 May 2024)

"No Fun" came it at nearly 8 mins on the second release from The Stooges, 1970's "Fun House". Now that's a track with legs.

@wendigo @tangleofwires yeah, I forget when my parents mentioned that song to me and played it for me, I wasn't super young, I was in my teens I think, haha yeah that Trainspotting soundtrack. Lust for Life IS a great song. And Bowie wrote it! hahaha. I mean, the Hives are insanely Stooges. So many bands I like 😂
