Standing Together, a grassroots movement focused on an Arab-Jewish partnership plans to mobilize Israelis in an attempt to quell the recent spate of attacks on trucks carrying humanitarian aid into Gaza perpetrated by right-wing settlers.
The group is a large, fast-growing movement dedicated to "mobilizing Jewish and Palestinian citizens of Israel in pursuit of peace, equality, and social and climate justice."

Israel’s Willing Executioners - Read by Eunice Wong
Forced to flee, once again, after more than half of Gaza's population took sanctuary in Rafah.
"And when you run in terror to one part of Gaza we will make you turn around & run to another. Trapped in a labyrinth of death. Back and forth. Up and down. Side to side. Six. Seven. Eight times. We toy with you like mice in a trap. Then we deport you so you can never return. Or we kill you."
“We saw a red light flash and everything collapsed on our head. Everyone at home – my sister, grandmother and mother – were buried under the rubble of a multistorey building.”
“I remained under the rubble for four hours as I heard footsteps on top, trying to pull us out and I kept screaming and crying. I was almost breathless with pieces of cement and dust on my mouth and face."

Um número desproporcionalmente elevado de soldados israelitas que servem e morrem em #Gaza são de ascendência etíope. Alguns creem que a guerra se tornou uma espécie de bilhete de entrada na sociedade israelita – mas a que preço?
The Israeli forces have prevented 3,000 aid trucks from entering Gaza in the past two weeks, according to a statement by the Gaza media office.
The office said in a statement on Telegram that the army has also prevented 690 sick and wounded people from travelling abroad for treatment as the Rafah and Kerem Shalom crossings stay closed for the 13th day in a row.

Stories coming out of #Gaza are harrowing beyond belief. The intensity of the violence, the slaughter, the damage being done. Listening to survivors stories is to witness a total nightmare. This horror must stop.

"... the book's first-person narrative and empathetic tone mask a basic problem in the text: all Israeli soldiers are portrayed as anonymous rapists and killers, while Palestinians are victims of trigger-happy occupiers. Violence against Israeli civilians is not mentioned, perhaps because it is considered a legitimate means in the struggle for liberation against the occupiers."
This is like criticising a novel about the treatment of Uyghurs for not mentioning violence against Han Chinese.
Minor Detail is a novel about the lives of Palestinians under a military occupation that's been escalating for decades. Just like Nathan Thrall's non-fiction book A Day in the Life of Abed Salama is about the lives of Palestinians under a military occupation that's been escalating for decades;
