Bin auf der Suche nach zwei Stück 9-32" Muttern für einen #Brooks Ledersattel. Scheint eine ganz ausg'rissene Dimension zu sein. (Die sind einen Tick kleiner als M8.) Drei Fahrradgeschäft plus den sonst immer zuverlässigen Schrauben Klaubauf in der Kaiserstraße (#Wien) hab ich schon vergeblich besucht.
Kann ich natürlich online bestellen nur €7 plus €9 für den Versand erscheinen meinem inneren Sparefroh leicht übertrieben …

I went to buy new #running shoes yesterday in preparation of my first #marathon The guy in the shop was very sceptic of my #adidas ultraboost 22, which I had used so far as an all purpose shoe after my #brooks defyance. I ended up with buying #asics gel Pursue 9 for the long runs. However I'm now unsure whether I should go on with my plan to use the ultraboost for the marathon itself. Thoughts?
well bollocks. no more #running for me for a while.
spouse came down with something Sunday night... mild cough and scratchy throat. we immediately retreated to separate rooms, opened windows, turned up furnace ventilation, etc, but evidently it was already too late....
on Thu, I got absolutely unreal headaches & joint pains with fever, followed by a cough and congestion. took a #covid rapid test and BAM, didn't even need to wait 15 minutes for that second line to appear 🙃😂
three years and eight months we managed to avoid this.... ughhhhh. and this in what is likely the last beautiful fall week in my town, AND after I got my new #Brooks running shoes!!! noooOOOOoooOOo
... also, having heard horror stories of how long it's taken some folks to get back to prior stamina and pace.... I dread the outcome of this episode 😢
New running shoes! Was about time… My old ones had lasted for 2,500 kms/pair. The Brooks Divide is now a Gore Tex model for the cold/wet season. The Asics Cumulus feels like running on a cushion. Let’s see how this keeps up during my daily 24+ kms rounds… #Running#Asics#Brooks
