I've been making modifications to profkeithdevlin.org and my 90s era expertise with unix, html, etc. is hopeless in the css world (which I guess is the online media equivalent to my beloved, but now rusty, LaTeX).

Many who didn't grow up in the 60s may only know Tommy Smothers from this clip that opens the Who movie The Kids Are Alright (probably many don't know this either). Tommy played the straight person who was shocked by change, but he was the one who was a key to brining an awareness of change to a generation of little kids. Believe me, this whole schtick was his call.
Also, on Tommy Smothers' passing, your occasional reminder that well over a majority of Baby Boomers are women and people of color. It's always been about the haves and have nots. Generational antagonism is another misdirection.
I do agree with @notjustbikes, tho sadly depending on the juristiction, cities can't really do much - if anything - about #SuperUselessVehicles, either because that's outside of their juristiction [i.e. taxes and insurance in Germany] or because it's not part of the law [i.e. Driving Licenses in the EU don't distinguish between commercial and personal use]...
In fact, the only people who buy #SUV's >3,5t MGW in Germany are #Boomers who did their driving licenses before they were harmonized and thus got the old "Class 3" which is literally "anything with 3 or more wheels that doesn't exceed 7,5t MGW + trailer not exceeding 7,5t MGW.
